The Zund digital cutting system is one of the most versital and accurate and fastest ways to custom cut graphics. Specific tools are available for cutting a wide variety of display media that is used to either print on or mount or laminate on both front and back surfaces. We are installing in June 2016 the newest G3 version of the Zund Digital Cutters. Max size 107" x 125". A recent added feature is the use of Diamond coated router bits to replicate the finish of flame polishing when cutting plexiglass. The system is often used in the production of one of a kind pieces and it is just as easily used when 100's or 1000's of pieces are all needed. The Zund cutting system could easily be the most significant tool in the modern digital printing industry.
